some teachers are very nice people and very great to be around, but there are some that are not only rude but downright disrespectful which is definitely not something one would expect from a person dealing with young people. A previous teacher of mine left during the second month of the school year. Before her departure, a possible candidate was allowed to teach a demo class. We were specifically told that “our opinions were valued” since “she may be our teacher.” As a whole class we agreed that her teaching style wasn’t helping us, and we were told that our voices would be heard. Two days later this person was hired. They have caused many people to send in complaints, but instead of resolving the problem, they decided to point out and target those students in class by saying things like “you need to pay attention so your parents don’t complain to me again” or “you all need to do this better so I don’t have to listen to all your parents complain again.” This particular teacher also forgets to enter corrected grades or late assignments, which has affected a majority of the students on honor roll. Last year on Wednesday, November 9th I retook a math test that I had originally failed and was told that since I had gotten a 94, the grade would be entered right away so my final grade wasn’t affected. My original grade was a D-, and exactly seven weeks later I discovered that the grade was never even entered. On another occasion, I took a test that I was originally absent for on Friday, January 13th, and got a 100, I handed it in and was specifically told “you got a one hundred and I’ll enter it right now.” A week later I looked online and the test was marked missing. I’ve been at this school for over three years and I’m very disappointed in the staff for making such a decision.
The one positive thing I have to say about this school is their charity. Previously I was misinformed but they have a charity fund that truly helps those I need. However charity aside I am still, so far, not a fan at all of this school.

Aside from the ridiculously long drop off and pick up lines there are several things that make this school worse than public school.

For starters field trips are a nightmare. Without buses the school relies on volunteers or parents to drive the children. This means that if you don’t drive your own child, he/she either rides with a stranger (with no specific training or qualifications) or the child doesn’t participate in the field trip.

These are just a couple of the many quarks and downfalls that this school has to offer.

This school does not challenge anyone and the people here are rude and some of the teachers here do not know how to teach at all, also some of the teachers just sit on their phone and their computers and don’t do anything for the whole 1 hour and 30 mins that we are in here. some of the teachers also like to chose favorites and they make that very clear to the rest of the class. The deans also don’t do anything to help with the bullying issues. The school over all really sucks and it is very boring.
