We started our Radiance learning with my older kid and could see her math skills develop well. Thanks to all the teachers for the undivided 1-1 attention to the kids. We continued our younger one at Radiance learning Academy for 2 full years at the school for the in-person learning experience depite the pandemic and remote set up schooling everywhere. The teachers are amazing and the pace at which they learned was incredible. Starting from the core subject (English and Maths) all the way into life skills and science and social studies curriculum, the learning has been a great experience for my kid.
I would like to thank all the teachers for their dedication and my best wishes for continued success and commitment
Worst experience, a very bad owner and management ,a toxic place for any staff if you dont abide by his thoughts and if you stand up for the right thing. He keeps changing everything at the last minute without prior notice and makes it difficult for all. He is not from an education background and does not know to deal with little kids. He treats it only at a business perspective and for money but not passionate about it.
I must agree with the previous reviewer. The owner comes from a tech background and has no experience in teaching or doesn’t seem to be attuned to children at all. While the teachers are warm and have good credentials, the company is run like a low quality center. Please check Yelp and Glassdoor reviews for more information.
