Bad experience. They take an admission test fee of AED 105, then prospectus charges are AED 610. Then, they require courses to be taken from the school, which are more expensive than outside options. It was a truly terrible experience. They keep changing their teachers, and most of the teachers are Malayalam speakers only. This presents a negative image; they should hire other teachers from different countries.
This year, they forcefully made everyone pay for books. We already bought the books, but they don’t accept payment unless we also pay for books. They charge a high amount of VAT and don’t even provide hard copies of results. They only send them through WhatsApp. It’s a low-level school that forcefully takes fees for things we don’t need.
This is not a good school. Students here bully others constantly. Even when we complain, the school takes no action. They are making students stand in a very hot area for assembly, and many are experiencing difficulties. Inside the classroom, it is very hot, like 35°C or more, even when the AC is turned on. Most of the students misbehave in class and during sessions. Some teachers are not good at all.
Regarding KG1 admission, I wasted two working days visiting this school and AED 105 for my child’s testing. It seems they only accept children who speak English well; they even expect parents to be educated and fluent in English. My four-year-old daughter knew the answers but is still developing her English language skills. They failed our daughter. They had a very poor approach with my child and poor management rules. The receptionist was unprofessional and did not provide proper guidelines to parents. They are only interested in collecting AED 105 without providing an invoice or receipt.
Worst school ever. Please don’t enroll your children in this school; parents will surely regret it. My son is in the first grade, in the 2023–24 school year, and four science teachers, who were also class teachers, have left the school. Today, February 22, 2024, a new science teacher arrived.

My wife and I are compelled to share our experience at Sharjah Radiant School, which raised several concerns.

The teacher turnover rate was alarmingly high, with approximately 80% being replaced every two months. This constant change disrupted the students’ learning environment and made it difficult for them to thrive. While the remaining 20% seemed to stay due to personal obligations, the overall instability presented challenges for both students and faculty.

Furthermore, the workload and pressure placed on teachers were excessive, often requiring them to work late into the night. The lack of benefits, such as transportation, insurance, or annual airfare, compounded these challenges. New teachers were also required to obtain a Ministry-issued health card at their own expense (approximately 400 AED).

Prospective teachers seeking employment should carefully consider the working conditions at Sharjah Radiant School. A healthy work-life balance and adequate support are crucial for success in any teaching role. The salary for all teachers is 2000 AED, with no additional benefits, and Saturday work is expected without provided transportation. Additionally, an attested medical certificate is required, even for those not working on Saturdays, which can be burdensome.

We believe the school management should prioritize leadership development, particularly for the principal. Improved leadership could foster a more positive and supportive environment for both teachers and students.
