My son started at rainbow pre-school daycare today. During sign up, I requested that my son have a trial day that I would pay for, to to see how my son would adjust with a new environment. They told me that I would not know within a day if my son would be a fit for the school. I completely unenrolled him from his previous school and enrolled him in this daycare. I dropped him off at 7:15 AM and they called me at 10:30 saying he was not able to return. Now I am stuck with no daycare for my son. I am a single mom and this school has left me with no additional support. The school that I unenrolled him from has filled the spot and now I am unable to work until I find a new daycare for him. I am very dissatisfied with rainbow preschool. I do not recommend this place at all.. I hate leaving bad reviews, but any other families that I have a child that is not great at transition, I do not recommend this daycare whatsoever. I even asked if I could bring my son for a couple hours for the first few days and they were unwilling to work with us.
If I could leave, no stars, I would.
