I have attended this school at the end of 2018 and my experience was great. At the time, I haven’t really seen many reviews on it, but the fact that this school was part of Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors gave me confidence that it’s legit. I’ve heard some not so favorable things about other schools in the area and did not want to go that route. All the instructors were actual brokers with many years of experience in the local market. All the lessons were very well presented and easy to follow. I really enjoyed coming to class and learning the material. I ended up doing very well on my school exam and then state exam and passed both on the first shot. I believe most of the students did as well. Highly recommend this place and it was also more affordable than other schools.
The broker class was excellent! Raise the bar School is part of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors. The instructors were knowledgeable, entertaining, and supportive. I did very well on my test exams.

I already recommended the school to other agents looking to pass the broker license!

I did pass the broker license with the expectation to have more responsibilities. I ended up opening my own brokerage ??
