This school is amazing. It’s very welcoming and has a friendly environment. The staff are great and respectful. Ms. Hanan, in administration reception, is awesome and very helpful in all circumstances. Keep up the good work and spirit!
Our daughter, Prisha, was in pre-KG and KG1 from 2021 to 2023. The school is incredible. We had to move out of RAK, so we had to take her out of the school. We saw her grow from crying every day during the initial days to having a deep desire for and love of school. Special thanks to Miss Patricia for helping her adapt to school and Miss Caitlin for making her independent and confident.
So I have my kids here, and it’s always a struggle for me as they rarely pick up the phone. The receptionists are always rude. I told her I’d been calling, but no one was answering, and she snapped at me that she was busy and that “I could use my eyes” to see all the mess of papers she had going on. Plus, she did that in front of other parents. No parent wants to see the disorganization of the school we put our kids into or be humiliated.
Hello, I just wanted to say the service in this school is so good, and the people there are so welcoming. I’m really grateful to be close with the staff and teachers; it’s a really good school that is fun but also very educational. They also take care of the students’ emotional, mental, and physical health. However, the thing that I’m really happy with is that Ms. Hanan and Ms. Huda, who work in reception, have always been there for me, and I’ve never been happier.
The school is excellent in terms of procedures, hygiene, and preventative measures. Regarding reception, Ms. Hanan is very understanding and welcoming to guests. I finished the procedures and thanked her for her cooperation.
The school has a warm and loving environment. I’m so happy my kids are in safe hands. Thank you to all the staff there (literally, everyone is lovely) and thank you to the receptionists for being caring and very helpful. Ms. Hanan, thank you.
I would like to thank the school for giving my boys an amazing experience. The staff and administration are friendly and expert; everyone is so helpful and kind. I hope this continues in the same way until they graduate.
