As a parent whose children have attended Redeemer Lutheran College for years, I can’t praise it enough. It’s more than just a school; it’s a nurturing community where teachers genuinely care about each child’s well-being and academic journey. From the early years, Redeemer focuses on building independence and tech skills, making the high school transition seamless.

Academically, it’s top-notch, and the music program is exceptional, led by a Head of Music Performance who heads the Queensland Youth Orchestra. In sports, there’s something for everyone, from elite training to casual participation. Language options include Chinese, Japanese, or German.

Redeemer truly caters to all families, and my kids have thrived here. It’s a definite thumbs up from us!

Our kids are really happy at Redeemer which is the most important thing, whilst it has one of the best music programs in QLD.
I love this school! I currently attend here and really enjoy the curriculum, facilities, staff and students here. There is a really strong friendly and welcoming environment here, and the only complaint I can think of is possibly the cost, but I think it is well worth it. All the bad reviews here that I’ve read seem to be one of a kind circumstances, and I don’t see any value in them.
Some excellent teachers.
In my opinion Senior school leaderahip is mediocre, lacking compassion, and dictatorial.
Avoid
I had a wonderful experience as a student at Redeemer.
My teachers were fantastic role models, with great expertise in their areas of interest and a genuine care for the students.
I was able to be involved in a wide range of co-curricular activities in addition to my academic studies, which enhanced my positive engagement in College life.
