My son started FS1 in September 2022, and it’s coming to the end of the year.

Starting fresh in Dubai was a big move, especially thinking about whether the kids would settle. Choosing the right school was an important part of the process, and I can so far say my son has not once cried or said he doesn’t like his school.

He has settled better than expected, knowing he has in the past had phases of not liking places we have put him in.

He has a great teacher, and the school and environment have helped him develop so well.

My children have been at the school for almost five years now and have had such a positive learning experience. The teachers have been nurturing, kind, and have continually encouraged them to be the best young people they can be. Repton Al Barsha is known for its excellent academics, but it also offers the pastoral support to allow children to thrive.

Repton Al Barsha is an outstanding school that truly stands out among the many schools in Dubai. One of the key factors that sets this school apart is its exceptional teaching staff. The teachers at Repton Al Barsha are not only highly qualified and experienced but also demonstrate a genuine passion for their subjects and a dedication to nurturing the potential of every student. Their commitment to providing a holistic education is truly commendable. Dubai has a high turnover of staff, but in comparison to other institutions, Repton has very little. They have worked hard to recruit excellent teachers (mainly from the UK).

The sports program at Repton Al Barsha is another area where the school excels. The emphasis on physical fitness and the opportunity for students to participate in a wide range of sports activities not only promote a healthy lifestyle but also teach valuable life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. The primary sports teams are often in the top three schools across all sports.

Pastoral care is given utmost importance at Repton Al Barsha. The school takes great pride in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for its students. Both of my boys are thriving at this school; they are hitting all their milestones and being challenged. The teachers are caring, kind, and provide individual attention, creating a wonderful, nurturing environment for them. We are pleased with our decision and truly love this school.

We have been at the school for two years. They have high turnover in teachers and management. They do not follow their own school vision and direction, and there is always unclear and misleading communication and a lack of security and safety.

Worst school ever, my child starved to death at this school. She was stuck in the building, and the cafeteria staff wouldn’t give her food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO DIE.

The tour experience was disappointing. The tour guide (admissions/registrar staff) was unprofessional; she was unable to answer most of the questions, commenting, “I don’t know.” In my opinion, the school should train its staff to represent its quality of education.
