A friendly dance studio, I do the exercise classes as the aerial classes there and my children do the dance classes. Alex, the owner, has been able to accommodate my eldest disabilities so she can join in and perform (especially the shows, which she loves!)
Highly Recommended Dance and Fitness classes.
Alex’s dance classes have brought out so much confidence in my daughter. She is now performing with Rhythm in Movement at various events and Xmas Panto’s. My child loves her dance classes and has learnt so much.
A friendly atmosphere with a family feel.
Alex is a first rate, full of fun teacher, providing well explained and easy to follow instruction and guidance.
Mixed ability classes, I love how I am able to set my own pace and don’t feel I have to keep up with the other students.
A variety of classes to choose from, (Clubbercise is my favourite) if you want to keep fit and have fun, I highly recommend these adult fitness classes.
I’ve been doing Boogie Bounce with Alex for about 3 years now and the studio now feels like home and everyone feels like family. The classes are an absolute sanctuary and give me that much-needed ‘me time’. My son’s just started Theatre Stars, too, and is so much happier with Alex than he was with his previous dance school .
I’ve been regularly attending (3 x weekly)the adult classes for several years
I love the pound and boogie bounce classes. The classes are friendly, where you exercise having fun and well led by qualified staff
For myself,I have definitely noticed an improvement cardiovascularly and seen increased muscle tone

Everyone should try the classes I would highly recommend trying a class
