However the principal is nowhere to be seen when students are smoking on premises , being rude, and disruptive.
behaviours are definitely passed top down to senior management and lower tier management from the principal.
Hence the decline of student behaviours.
I advocate on behalf of the people dear principal, make your presence felt in a respectful and meaningful manner and step outside of your office once in a while and deal with matters that require immediate attention rather than passing the buck.
Dear principal if you’d like free assistance and advice on matters you and your well paid team struggle to understand within the community I’ll be happy to give you a English working class male perspective of it all.
Students living a stone throw away avoid Richard Taunton and travel further daily…you mr principal need to ask yourself are you prioritising the students and staff or the work load behind closed doors in your office?
If it’s the office then why have a secretary and SMT?
Are you Mr principal doing enough hard work on premises to create a productive and proactive environment for learning at the educational facility that is funded by the people of Southampton.
It’s possible the continual learning program you and your staff are on may not be fit for purpose and the quality, qualifications and results of those providing the training to staff do not have a material real time productive impact.
Dear students and teachers you have the power to make your principal spend money on all things that help fund your education rather than eternal work on a roof, and the money will go to others.
God knows the cases of fraud in educational facilities up and down the country and they are Not rare. Hence why there is board governance over the principal to put the funding into your education, speak up.
If matters are addressed I will be fair and amend the review according to public sector HR policy.
Just one thing tho, The food at the canteen is so incredibly disappointing. Would rate 0/10, if you fed a dog the food from the canteen it would physically inflict wounds upon you when it gets the chance. Luckily theres a corner shop and a sainsburys nearby.
