I wish I could give no stars at all they dont deserve it . They dont do anything about their bus drivers leaving when theyre not supposed to leave a bus stop yet . Ive talked to Kyle who keeps letting the bus drivers get off with a warning or probably none at all . Theyre so incompetent. Bus drivers are supposed to wait a bus stop where there are many children and wait about 3 minutes after the allotted time to give an opportunity for the other children to get there . Not only that, they come before the allotted times and leave before the allotted time . Basically leaving the children stuck there at home and without a ride to school . There are so many inconsistencies and no one is doing anything about it !
Some condescending b that works dispatch thinks shes high and mighty for sure. Telling me to calm down after they have left my kids behind 3 times this year already. Then saying I have to ask nicely lolol after I had said please multiple times but apparently shes condescending and dumb so she didnt hear me. Dont know who she thinks she is but I hope she loses her job soon. She has no business working any kind of dispatch.
I would give this no stars if possible.Bus attendant is a nightmare. Won’t do her job properly and is passive aggressive. Somehow she is getting by with it. Have contacted the head of transportation more than once. He is not doing much. Very disappointed.
