….. 2nd Complaint: I’m absolutely livid!!!! Again communication or shall I say the lack thereof at this school sucks! My granddaughter went on a field trip and since I had Nanna duty I was told to go to the office and ask where I should go to pick my granddaughter up. Now I’m not infallible and take responsibility for my actions . On two occasions I have parked the car and walked over to the dismal line and retrieved her. I was told that I couldn’t do that. I’m fine with that and have no problem following policy. However, upon my arrival today, the same woman that informed me that I couldn’t pick her up automatically assumed that I was doing it again. When I asked if the children had returned and where would I pick her up, the sarcastic answer I received sent my blood pressure through the roof!!! A simple “We returned at such a such time would have been sufficient enough! What is it with this School??? Communication at this school is horrible! I’m glad my granddaughter only has to do one semester here. You get no resolution to issues from the administration, the pick up line is outrageous and they never ask for Identification!!!!! Never had these kinds of issue with India Hook Elementary!

Three of my kids have attended Richmond Drive Elementary School in the last three years and we are completely satisfied with the school. Mr. Maness and his staff have created a great, creative atmosphere and it is a place that our family is proud to be a part of.
