As a student who attends this tragic dumpster fire of a school, I provide this review with one star. Firstly, why so incredibly strict on uniforms? The winters here are very cold, jumpers simply are not enough to shield the students from the deathly, cold winter air. Secondly, the students that are in general classes(the mediocre classes) are not taught up to proper standard as to what the AP students receive. I have friends that are in AP classes and they get taught material that i don’t. i, who is in a general class, do not believe this is fair. And finally, the random 40 year olds that watch the students from outside of the school in the mornings, after school, and through school break. this school is overall mid, but its better than baldivis secondary college.
Teachers are pretty chill, the classes are fun, my friends are pretty cool so I would wrap it all up with this photo
Terrible school. This is not the school you want to send your children to. My son has told me the school does not help you in absolutely any way. Yes the school may look good on the inside but spending a semester there has been torture for my son. His attendance levels have dropped ever since he we enrolled him. He told me the teachers don’t care academic wise and that the teachers insult the students. OVERALL, DO NOT SEND YOUR KID HERE!
my child has only been here for a few months and I can confidently confirm that you DO NOT want to send your child here.
First, the teachers are extremely unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional. I genuinely do not feel like my child is being taken seriously in terms of academics either– it’s rather insulting. The place overall looks fine from the outside but once your child spends a week, they’ll come back with complaints about teachers swearing or just mistreating them in general and so many other problems. PLEASE DO NOT send your child here.
It’s an okay school. Teachers really only care for your child’s academics if they are in the academic pathway. In the general pathway students are left to chaos, school can be understaffed at time, constantly having substitutes or having teachers that do not actually teach the subject they were given.
Though, the school doesn’t really help with a student’s needs unless they are in the literacy and numeracy support class.
