If I can give this school zero stars I would. Were do I begin, this school is full of bullies and teachers that dont care about the safety of its students. Concerned parents reach out to the principal and staff and nothing is done about it. The things that go on in this school I thought only happened on tv.This is a prime example of what happens when adults dont care, the kids do whatever they want. Bullies is a normal thing at river road middle school. To make matters worse, students record attacks on cell phones and post it on social media. while all this happens teachers are nowhere to be found. This school should get a whole new staff if they really care about the safety of the students.
This school staff is NOT very helpful when it comes to bullying! My niece had to be moved OUT of the STATE just to live her life as a normal teenage kid. How shameful! These kids are supposed to have a fun, SAFE learning environment. When the issue starts to come out of the school to outside grounds such as their home, the school and police should work TOGETHER to find a resolution. River Road failed to do this. I hope some bolts get tightened here because if you plan to send you child here, make sure they are tight or your child could be at risk of the school NOT doing their job to find a resolution if the same case is to happen.
