My name is Katherine Hilborn and I am a former student of RMS. I attended the school for a year. Despite the bullying that I received, I enjoyed some of my teachers. I was a new student, thinking that I was gonna be staying for years to come, but left after a year. It was because of the bullying, but it was also an opportunity for me to start over and experience high school with no one I knew. I had come to RMS in hopes to start over due to previous bullying incidents with my other school. Yet the bullying continued. I was verbally abused by classmates, and yes I felt like it wasn’t being dealt with as it would continue everyday. There was this one time, where I was physically assaulted by a student. THAT WAS TAKEN CARE OF! However the other incidents of being verbally abused by my classmates each and every day, they were NOT TAKEN CARE OF! I had one friend. One friend that dealt with the same thing, just not as worse as me. I loved attending the school, but what I didn’t love was the fact that no one really saw what was really happening. No one stood up for me and to this day it sometimes hurts. I can even retell the whole experience of eighth grade year that I had to endure. You guys NEED TO FIX THE BULLYING ISSUES! I WAS SICK AND TIRED OF BEING BULLIED ALL OF MY LIFE! So you please fix it and then there won’t be any issues with students.

I am sorry but I had to explain everything, I just wanted to get my story out there. Thank you.

i miss some teachers but what i miss the most is the memories i’ve had. it was a great 3 years! people say teachers are mean but if you on their bad side then duh they will yell at you but if you good you don’t have anything to worry about, I’ve learned a lot about life. they don’t just teach you about the basic learning skills you learn about life and the teachers are really there for you. you can trust most of them. but the school if great and if i could go back i would, in a heart beat, i miss it a lot!

It’s a very good school. I love band class our teacher gives us good music and teaches well also piano class it’s really fun and easy. One problem I had is that my math teacher got quit (was on the urge of getting fired but she quit) because she taught wrong and now I have to make to C’s in order to pass the grade and we don’t have a teacher yet after like 3 weeks
