Worst school I ever worked at ,when I first started they made me feel welcome beside Maria the assistant director she came off rude and very sneaky. After being there for a couple weeks state kept coming because they allowed kids to come with Covid and the stomach bug and other things . Kids were also getting sick because the building flooded and she made the employees clean it instead of getting a professional. I worked with 2 amazing employees mrs.lavender & Mrs.Nikki the best employees at the company they also have been over worked with low pay staying past their times with no lunch breaks sometimes. I would also pack my kids a lunch there are roaches in the kitchen crewing under the refrigerator and sometimes in the Cabinets. Riverstones is a very nasty environment to send your children, they also keep secrets from the parents I recently just got suspended for a Authentication I had nothing to do with I came from the Infant room I never stepped foot in the 3’s a Report came back saying a 4 year old boy was Bruised and had a lot of marks on him . I got Suspended because of the teacher having the same name as me which I feel like that’s very weird and Unnecessary . The real reason I got suspended is because the Director Maria was Having relations with a father that came in and spoke to me a lot and she even Accuse me of messing around with him which never happened. The Jealousy was very real which called me to get let go because she tried to find everything in the book to get my Fired. Another Employee with 4 kids and one on the was Recently just left Riverstone Academy because they Were overworking her as well she Quit apply to new job and they called her jobs so she won’t get the jobs evil is real with this company They don’t care about your kids they care about a $ they won’t even call you and tell you Your kid is sick which is very say watch out for daycare like this .
If you have a child and if they can’t speak for themselves fully, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL. I enrolled my child and within a month span she was in and out of hospitals. Sick kids where allowed without no hesitation. Flooding in the school happen periodically. They had a keypad to be able to access the door, it was broken for over a month, the director (Ms. Regina) solution was a ring camera. Anyone could walk in and out, at any given time. NO type of security or safe space.Their commnication channels are horrific, they send you notices the day of or late the night before. My child kept coming home with bruises and marks, i was only given an incendent report twice and that was after two already had occurred and i had to asked what happen and for footage . I pulled my daughter out after she came home with a bruise on her side hip the size of a baseball and the colors black and blue. When i demanded answers from both of her teachers ( Ms. Megan & Ms.Carla) and administration( Ms.Maria) i was faced with excuses and that they would call me after they found out what happened. Its been a month and i still havent heard anything from them, the last thing that was said to me as i walked out is that i wouldn’t be getting my deposit back without a 2 week notice. Please do your research before enrolling your child here. The only thing they care for is your money, not your child, their safety or learning path.
A lot of times when I dropped my son off or picked him up he would be 1 teachers dealing with 12 in the 1 year old classroom. One teacher as she would look overwhelmed did her best but the other one would have my son I soaked or poop pampers when I picked him up.Serve diaper rash when I would get gone. My son got sick with the same virus twice. The first time he was rushed to the hospital. Most of the cameras do not work but what really made me walk away was a child was drinking out of my son bottle. I came home with another child bottle in my son bag and always seen another child with my son pacifier. Reading the previous review it all makes sense now. My son was attend the facility when they had 2 water leaking and the floor was flooded. Also Covid outbreaks
