Lines are never available also voice mailboxes are full witch means they are not checking them. I been to this place more then once about my kids transfers an no one has sent me anything its just sad my son has a disability and been getting bullied at his school in it got so bad another student physically assaulted my son and the school did nothing about it i filed a report also went to the board of education to get my baby out of that school in still no one has contacted me or even called me back. Its just sad cause if your child doesnt want to go to school cause they are being bullied then cps is called and all sorts of problems come about. But the R.C.S.D. isnt doing there job 100% i know its alot of children an alot to keep up with but damn please get on yall jobs. Im not settling this issue my son will not be a victim to being bullied no more i will be going back to the r.c.s.d. to handle this issue in person again smh
I’ve had a few bus monitors/drivers who would sit in my yard while waiting for children to be dismissed because it was “too hot to sit on the bus”. While I am very sympathetic and understanding I don’t appreciate anyone trespassing on our property. The director of transportation has been phenominal about addressing my concerns!!

My children have had a couple bus drivers that were amazing, but there were a handful that seem like they dislike what they do.

The new “community stop” I believe is ridiculous! You can’t expect a 5 year olds to walk to a “community stop” by themselves.

Notifying parents a week or two weeks before school commences that they are or aren’t getting transportation is ridiculous!! Many parents work, and need to arrange childcare for their children.

Very unhappy with you… I’ve been requesting a harness for my daughter for the school bus, one that will actually keep her in her seat. I’ve been ignored and getting excuses and the run around. Meanwhile my daughter continues to have harness issues on the bus. She comes home with all kinds of marks and bruises from the bus. I’ve reached out about this situation numerous times and have gotten nowhere. I will not continue to sit back and watch this happen. I will be reaching out to anyone and everyone that I can to get this matter resolved or I simply will keep her home from school. There is nothing more I can do and my daughters safety comes first. Again I’m very disappointed on how this situation is being handled and it needs to be corrected.
