My company The Thumbs Up Education Programme have had the pleasure of working at this fabulous school for the last four years. We have worked with full classes and on a 1:1 basis with various age groups. Each and every child we have worked with has brought to us a huge personality and infectious enthusiasm. Over the years we have developed a fabulous working relationship with the school, and I know going forward this is going to continue to grow as Thumbs Up take a more prominent role with delivering good mental health awareness throughout the school. I believe the success of the school and the enjoyment the children appear to have for their education, is down to the wonderful headteacher and teaching staff. Without doubt, the staff at Rock Ferry are dedicated, committed and passionate about teaching and the school they work at, and we would like to thank them for giving Thumbs Up the opportunity to work at Rock Ferry.
Hello from Canada. FYI I started in this school about 1934 when I was seven years old until I was eleven. I am now 92 and amazed that this school looks exactly the same except for cars parked in the playground. I have many happy memories and love the fact that technology allows me to trace the route from my old home on .Bedford Road which I do very often.
