Both my boys went to this school. One of them is in 5 th grade there now. A few years ago I would not advise anyone to bring their child there because discipline seem to be a problem and the kids who were disruptive or disrespectfyl or bullies seem to go un punished or just get away with multiple warnings. I had to confront a parent and let them know I would press charges because if the school wasn’t going to do something then I would. They eventually unenrolled their child and moved him to a different school. Now since there is a new principal things seem to have calmed down and my youngest son enjoys going to school and I don’t hear or see to many questionable incidents…. Maybe it’s because of the pandemic and everyone got a break for a year and was able to regroup but this year I will give them their props! The only thing I do wish is that we could get school pictures because we haven’t had it in 2 years now. Keep up the good McNair please don’t start regressing!
My child was switched from class to class because little boys stay trying to bully her and fight….seems like they were scared of parents… I had to go off and get plenty of statements cause they was about to get sued,cause it became an ongoing thing. The boys not only bullied my child but the other students as well,then disrespect and fight with the teachers… It was a few of them some in each class… The principal even act scared, trying to make deals with kids to make them act right smdh..One substitute principal came and he had it all in order,COMPLETLY!!!I hate he left… Please reconsider when bringing your child here,they don’t care…I give them one star because my other child teacher was wonderful but bullying I CAN NOT!!!!!!
