very low quality school. Emphasis on discipline and rules rather than academics and hires teachers who do not know how to properly teach. The principal and other administration are severely under qualified and do not know how to handle even the simplest problems. The course selection is extremely limited, with less variance than a standard public middle school. The counselors are also grossly unprepared and offered the minimum aid in finding extracurriculars to supplement college applications. There was almost nothing positive about my family’s experience here at Rosary and I strongly caution other families to look into all other options before they look at rosary. It did not live up to our expectation of a Catholic school and I think even a public high school would have been a better alternative to this place. Very disappointed.
My sisters and I (the 5 of us) all attended Rosary spanning from 80s – 2000, and now my daughter attends. We love it there. While I think each of us has different things we enjoyed and excelled at (the academics, the athletics and the fine arts) one thing that was constant is that Rosary’s environment is welcoming, loving and nurturing. We have found it to be academically strong. The friends I have made are life-long, and the girls my daughter hangs around are amazing young ladies. I have seen other opinions expressed here, and we probably won’t all agree on many things… but I can’t imagine another place for us.
I am currently a freshman at this amazing school. There I 0-0 bullying, the teachers bring the classes to life, we believe in creating friends that will last forever. If you were to send your daughter here I would give you a 5 star
