The school was very nice and clean, little to no rubbish. Very cool theatre and a sizeable field perfect to take the kids for a run around although it is a bit muddy due to the the winter rain we’ve had previously in early 2024. The park next door is pretty standard and the buildings surrounding it definitely need some love. I think there’s a girl scouts and a church or community centre potentially.
It’s a good school and the teachers are good and also cool too
The Business Manager at this institute, Nawa Ruckes needs to get her information straight. We went in to inquire about booking their basketball court, and she gave us different reasons for unavailability, first saying that their courts were needed for practice throughout the term. But after speaking with the director of basketball who said they weren’t using it for practice on the weekend we wanted to book it, she goes on to give another reason that bookings off-hours aren’t allowed. Very poor customer service from this lady. Wouldn’t recommend an interaction.
Not bad back in the ’80’s
The school has become a bit terrible now. They charge for wifi now.. which tends to annoy a lot of students and teachers, a lot of teachers these days depend on technology and tends to put a lot of work on google classroom which a lot of students can’t seem to access because no body simply wants to pay for WiFi. The school also tends to not turn on heaters during cold days. It seems like Mr A.C Grinter is nearing his retirement and just wants to make a couple of more dosh before he leaves. A lot of people in school now call him Money Making Grinter.
