I am a big fan of RRMS. My daughter started there when she was 18 months old and we chose to skip enrolling in kinder at public school to keep her at RRMS – she was working on completing her 1st grade workbook before she started Kinder! . Ms Sue is fantastic and all the teachers have been loving, caring and have become family now! Ms.Rosie still features in all conversations “You know what Ms.Rosie used to say?” etc. My daughter was writing essays, dong multiplication, learning Hindi, Yoga and Spanish all before she was 5! Ms.Sue’s commitment to provide children with superior level of education, is unparalleled.
I would highly recommend this school for any child/ parent looking for a safe, loving yet stimulating environment.
PS: My infant son was in the baby class and we loved the teachers there too!
As an educator (undergraduate degree in early childhood and graduate degree in educational technology), I know how important and crucial the preschool years are for the healthy development of all children. My children both attended Round Rock Montessori School until their kindergarten year. Great care was taken to provide them with nurturing, developmentally appropriate, educational experiences. My children were both strong readers, writers, and critical thinkers when they ‘graduated’ from this preschool. I would highly recommend the pre-kindergarten class (a request can be made to be in this class at 4 years old). I’m so thankful for this school!
