Education is good, but the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I went to pick up my brother’s TC. Alaa Nasrallah told me my father had already picked up the TC, saying, “Don’t you people communicate with each other?” My father had picked up the TC earlier that day but didn’t inform me. Ms. Nasrallah was very rude and even laughed at me.
I don’t know where to start. This school is in shambles. The management has no professionalism whatsoever. Most of the “good” reviews are astroturfing by the staff. The receptionist and a staff member named Ala’a have very unprofessional attitudes. Apparently, you cannot obtain legal documents (even if they’re very important) from the school until you clear all outstanding fees. Instead of mentioning this “rule” on the first day when I submitted the application, they made me wait for the application to be processed for five days. Later, after waiting for hours, the staff member came back to her desk and spoke to me very rudely. At the end of the conversation, she asked me to speak to her properly. When and where did I ever disrespect her? If you’re having a bad day, you can’t just take it out on others; this just shows how unprofessional the staff are.

Regarding the premises, the school has nothing royal about it. The washrooms don’t have proper locks, and students often kick on the doors. The teachers and supervisors make you pay for your own farewell, and if you don’t, they insult you in front of other students. This school seriously needs a proper investigation by the MOE.

Best school considering everything: daily reports, updates, studies, games, feedback for the kids, discipline, and bus service. Everything is perfect. I was surprised to see their outstanding environment and standards, which meet those of top-class schools. Thanks.
Great atmosphere of learning, supported by proactive management and a professional teaching staff. There are many personality development and extracurricular programs throughout the year for students, encouraging well-rounded growth. Infrastructure, labs, and grounds are of international standards.
If you want your child to lose emotional intelligence and be mentally scarred for life, send them here. The premises are substandard, the management is poor, and the treatment is unfair. They brand themselves as an international school, but the CBSE curriculum is clearly favored, due to 99% of the faculty being Indian. The competitions and events are badly organized and horribly cheap. The campus has not been rejuvenated or updated in years, and only 2% of the staff are properly qualified. If you are thinking of sending your child here, don’t. Look for better schools in the vicinity.
I wish I could give this school a zero-star review. The school doesn’t even bother to answer the phone, and sometimes they just hang up as if they don’t want new students.
I’ve been at this school for almost nine years now, and I really love it. After the management changed, there were some changes, and a lot of people left the school. But now, I would say it is much better! After the new principal came, he made some changes which made it better than before. Our school trip was to an amusement park in Dubai. We enjoyed it so much, as we’d never had a trip like this before. (The old management used to take us to nearby museums, which was educational but not enjoyable.) Now, some more changes are coming to the school (a badminton court, karate, yoga, and much more). An air-conditioned auditorium will also be built by the end of this year.
