Whether you are looking to improve self confidence, self discipline, physical fitness, or to learn self defense, Sacred Mountain Fighting and Healing Arts is the place for you. Sifu Banks is very knowledgeable, and a wonderful instructor. It is a very welcoming and non-judgemental environment. The Saturday morning Tai Chi classes are a great way to unwind after a long stressful week, and the weekday Kung-Fu classes are a fun way to get your heart pumping during the week! And come on, who doesn’t want to know Kung Fu?!?
Sacred Mountain came into my place of work and taught a self defense class to the women there. It was my first experience with any form of martial arts, and I completely fell in love. I have been attending Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes at the school since, and could not give it a higher recommendation. Whether you have experience or not, I would suggest this school to anyone. Best Martial Arts you’ll find in town!
I have trained in Kung Fu with Sifu Banks for a long time now at the school he learned from. He has always been one of the most dedicated, hardest working practitioners I know, and I know quite a few. I am so happy to see he has opened his own school now. I know he and his students will go far and accomplish many great things! If you are looking for the best Kung Fu studio in the area, you just found it!
