This review is specifically for on location management and the corporate office. The instructors are amazing and deserve 5-stars. The manager of the program does not communicate that classes are randomly cancelled due to the temperature of the pool being too cold. Took my kid out of a school program early to show up for swim lessons and the manager was no where to be found. If the manager was able to proactively communicate multiple cancelations we would have stayed enrolled because the instructors are fantastic, patient, and work well with kids that are beginning. After multiple cancellations of classes with no emails or calls we have canceled lessons here and are looking for a replacement.

The corporate office is unaware of cancellation issues and very slow to offer a refund for multiple classes that were canceled unannounced.

Cons:
– The teachers have been inconsistent for the last 3 months since we started and finally we have a teacher whose been pretty consistent.
– Consistently late to open for the first class of the day. (Which is our scheduled class)
– No direct phone line.
– I’ve been trying to reschedule a makeup class for at least 2 months and every time I call, it’s to a call center who is of no help bc they keep telling me they need to reach out to the manager of the site to get me a token for my make up class and the branch manager is non responsive.
– Teachers don’t give much feed back on progress bc they keep changing.
Pro :
– Classes are 30min which is good
– Affordable (i guess you get what you pay for )
