We have had the worst experience with this company. We had our daughter in swim classes over the summer and was told she needed to move up a class. We agreed but was told there were no openings and to keep going to the same class. Eventually, we stated we wanted to just cancel because there was no point of having her in the same class. We were told that we couldn’t get our money back but they would give us credits. We reached out multiple times since then in which we were still told there are no openings. We eventually just requested a refund in which they still have not responded. We stopped going at the end of June and it is now October. Hoping this will eventually be resolved but it’s not looking like they are going to work with us.
The instructors are great and very patient with the kids. My 8-yr old son is in the beginner class and loves it. Now that there is a website to access you can easily schedule classes, schedule makeup classes, check your child’s progress, change payment options, etc.
The classes are small, four kids a class which is nice so everybody gets the same amount of instruction time. The 30-minute classes are nice but the kids might get more out of the class if it was 45 minutes long since it is a once-a-week class.
My son has been attending class for about 6 months and loves his time there.
Id ask for a trial class before committing to a membership. The instructor and staff were really nice and helpful but the baby class didnt have much structure. The 30 mins would you by kinda slow. Basically youre in the pool with your baby and the instructor gives you a skill to work on and then she goes away to another student. To me it didnt feel much of a community since the parents werent interacting with each other.
