At first, I was excited to join in this catholic community, but now I regret it. You are separated from your friends, which can lead to lonliness and depression. The classes are extremely long and the teachers don’t care about the individual traits of the children. They put them into this “one size fits all” type of education. It’s very biased and almost unprofessional how much work, time, and money they put into a school that dosnt prepare the kids for the education they need. I honestly wish they could’ve kept the Lasallian faith they had at O’hara, as this is unacceptable in my opinion.

Thumbs up to SMA and its launch. The school exists to serve and form young people in this portion of the Diocese. Knowing truth, loving God and serving others is the mission; which embraces the best of the O’Hara and St. Mary’s legacies. Keep growing. Keep forming. Keep improving.

St. Michael’s has been such an amazing experience for my family. We have loved the great Catholic community where everyone can get involved in some way and feel welcomed and loved. Making the choice to attend St. Michael’s High School has been one of the best decisions our family has ever made. The teachers and academics are excellent and have prepared my children well for college. The variety of extracurricular opportunities has helped my children find their place at SMA. St. Michael’s is truly an extraordinary school and community!
