I have found this school most welcoming and the staff are very kind. The pupils of Saint Nathaniel’s annually take part in many community projects including Operation Christmas Child. In 2014 they sent 50 gift filled boxes to children with very little at Christmas. This school has its heart in the right place and because of this, i feel they will go from good to great. Keep up the great work everyone.
The pupils, staff and leadership at St Nathaniel’s have worked incredibly hard to get the school to where it is now. The staff are committed and dedicated and the pupils are a delight. There is a lot of fun around the place and happy smiling faces.
What a lovely reception area, extremely welcoming, The christian ethos of the school was evident, from the reception area you could tell the school was a church school. I have attended a lot of the extra curricular community events. Clearly a lot of effort goes into the events. Keep up the hard work.
Obviously this is a struggling school trying to turn things around for Ofsted.
Oversubscribed and disorganised.
Pressure is put on very young children with multitudes of work, to try and make things change.
Successful schools dont have these issues or mountains of writing thrust on young children weekly.
Bullying incidents often go undetected.
Its very sad as a handful of parents there care about their childrens happiness and education.
Young children should not feel they are obeying a regime but feel they enjoy their school without pressure.
In the top 1% of most improved schools in the country – St Nathaniels is a school on the way up. As the local Vicar I get to go in lots – and see lots of happy children, who seem to love their learning.
