I can never say enough good things about Saint Peter’s Prep. My son applied here, as a non-Catholic Student, and was welcomed with open arms. He attended the HAP program during the summer between 7th and 8th grade, and from that experience knew he would love Prep. Every other school we looked at was compared to Prep. He loves the independence he is given, and he wears that independence responsibly. At Prep, he is a young man for others.

Recently, a classmate of his had the misfortune to lose his mother to heart disease. It was tragic. Prep not only allowed this classmate’s close friends to attend the funeral for his mother, but provided transportation. When I arrived at the church on the day of the funeral, I was amazed to see four priests from Prep to help celebrate this Mass, in addition to the two from the student’s home church.

This weekend, Prep will allow me to experience their grace by sponsoring a Parent Retreat, “Finding God in Parenting.” I can never fully express my gratitude that the leaders of this fine school walk the walk they talk. I am humbled by their honest grace and will be forever grateful to the opportunities they continue to offer my son. We, as a family, feel held by St. Peter’s Prep – for life.

My only wish is there was such a school for my daughter.

On March 1, 1951, without due process, and with three months to go in my senior year, I was expelled from the Prep. Memory makes life beautiful; forgetfulness makes it bearable.
I love it here it was the greatest experience of my life
