Deserves zero stars. The staff, management, and supervisors are very unprofessional. There are a lot of bullying incidents at the school, and the inclusion department is out of service. Teachers are unprofessional; many have left in the middle of the term, leaving students overwhelmed. The school has inaccurate marking records. It is a bad school.
Sama American Private School is one of the best schools I have enrolled my children in. There is no bullying, and every day my kids come back from school and tell me about everything they have learned; the teachers are also good.
Home. I graduated from Sama American Private School in June 2023, and I still miss it. My best wishes to all those who helped create amazing memories for me: Ms. Shatha, Ms. Hanan, Ms. Roham, and many others whose unconditional care nourished a generation of entrepreneurs, scientists, and doctors.
This school is very bad. My daughter has been at this school since she was five years old, and she has been bullied because she is not Arab. She has been bullied for a long time. Now, my daughter is sick and running a high fever; she is not willing to go to school tomorrow. Her mental health is suffering, and she does not want to see the school. Please don’t send your kids to this school.
This school is terrible. My children attended from its opening until this year, and I had a consistently negative experience. The staff is incredibly rude, often ignoring phone calls and even closing the office in visitors’ faces. Many teachers, particularly in primary, are excessively strict and disrespectful, creating a fearful environment that crushes students’ motivation and well-being. Their careless disregard for students’ feelings, resorting to yelling and intimidation instead of teaching, is unacceptable. High school presents similar issues with student behavior and teacher conduct, including instances of prejudice and racism. While the curriculum is adequate, the facilities are lacking. The canteen is too small, forcing students outdoors in harsh weather. Bathroom access is severely restricted, with teachers monitoring and rushing students even in primary, middle, and high school. My son in primary was denied bathroom access during break and then chastised for needing to go after. The relentless focus on studying in high school, with no extracurricular activities or breaks, is overwhelming, leaving students with an unreasonable workload and robbing us of quality time together. Teachers often blame students for struggling academically instead of providing support. The lack of consequences for bullying and the unjust punishment of victims are deeply concerning. This school environment fosters negativity and distress, which is why I have unenrolled my children. I strongly advise against sending your children to this school to protect their well-being and happiness.
As a student at this school, it’s good but not amazing. There is no cafeteria with tables and benches, but there is a canteen. There are no music sessions or fun sessions. However, I want to rate the school highly because of some excellent teachers who simplify the information before delivering it to students.
The worst school! The toilets are dirty because students don’t flush them, and the Grade 10, 11, and 12 students vape in the bathrooms, making them smell like urine. In the Grade 5 and 6 section, there is a supervisor named Yahya Mourad who gets angry easily and can’t speak calmly. The Grade 6 science teacher, Miss Bisan Bekai, also gets angry easily and shouts so much that my son almost suffered ear damage.
