I attended Santa Ana Beauty Academy in 2010 for a refresher course and achieved my cosmetology license in 20011. the instructors there put a good effort into helping me achieve my license. They know their stuff and do a great job helping students understand theory, and memorize proper procedures for each service that are necessary to pass state board They are very kind and encouraging. In hind sight now I see how important that was to help me build my confidence and become the stylist I am today. They make it fun and have good attitudes with their students. Just do your part and do what they say and you will be a licensed professional.
I took my friend visiting from Iowa for a color and a trim. Everyone associated with the school was welcoming, cheerful and showed they were very knowledgeable. It took a while because my friend ended up having her hair conditioned as well as cut and colored. My friend is 66 years young. Even now three years later, she still raves about the wonderful time she had. Her long, blonde hair never looked so (without all of the grey) so fantastic.
