Would give zero stars if I could! Parents BEWARE!! I called this daycare to see if they had any spots in the 2 year old class and was told they did. Everywhere else I called had no spots open, so I set up a tour the same day. I get there and Katie does the tour. Im not sure who she is, she may be the manager or something but I do the tour and decided to pay the holding fee for the spot. I again asked Katie if there were spots available and she told me that there were. Hence paying the holding fee. Katie is NOT very clear on topics when she speaks. So if you deal with her (hopefully not), ask PLENTY OF QUESTIONS. She told me that theyll hold the spot for up to two weeks. While on the tour, I took my son with me whos nonverbal and on the spectrum. And the whole time, I can see that Katie is sort of side eyeing him as if hes a troublemaker because he wouldnt sit still when I was doing the paperwork. I got a really bad vibe then but I decided to move forward and paid the holding fee anyway just incase my hunch was wrong. A week and half later, I call this daycare to move forward with the registration paperwork and Katie told me that the spot was filled. I was taken aback because I had paid the holding fee. She then says she didnt charge my card because theres a waiting list with 10 people on it and they called everyone on the list. Which is total BS because if there was a waiting list, why make parents pay a holding fee for a spot?!? Also, why tell me that that there were spaces available if there was a list!?! Shes a horrible liar! I asked to speak with the director Julieann and she gives me her email. I send an email to Julieann immediately to figure out what happened and on how they conduct business which is totally unacceptable and so unprofessional. Its been over a week and still no response from the director and I even sent a follow up email. Silence! Its clear they dont want to answer for what they did. This stunt they pulled was a total inconvenience and they didnt have the decency to let me know that the spot was filled. I only found out because I called them to get the registration packet. But again, parents BEWARE! This daycare is dirty/dengy looking but because no one else had spots open, I decided to move forward even though I wasnt totally feeling it. BEWARE!!! If you have a child with any sort of disability, dont bring them here. Every child deserves to be treated the same! I will be reporting them!
Hello! My name is Olga. This daycare was the first daycare in his life for my son. My son Emil attended this daycare for three months, went to a group of toddlers. We moved and we had to transfer our son to another daycare.
I want to thank the administrative staff and teachers of the toddler group for their work and good attitude.
Questions and problems that I had, they tried to solve here as quickly as possible. Special thanks to the staff for this.
Yes, perhaps the daycare is not the newest and ideal. But the staff here is very friendly, always meets and sees off with smiles, always ready to talk.
A big plus for our family was that the daycare receives funding from the Department of Social Security.
Also, the daycare has a very convenient schedule.
I really liked that in the kindergarten there was immediately a place for my child, we did not have to wait in line to get here. We were quickly helped with the execution of all documents.
My son learned here to sing songs, dance, draw, fall asleep on his own. There are always a lot of toys on the playground for walking. The children’s room and the walking area are very large and spacious.
Teachers try to diversify leisure activities in the group as much as possible. All holidays are celebrated with children, congratulations on their birthday.
I recommend this daycare to both Russian-speaking parents and native parents.
This is by far probably the worst daycare center in Puyallup! I would only recommend this daycare for children 2 and younger those teachers are amazing however the center is dirty the toys are all old and broke and dirty! They dont do much with the kids no arts and crafts. My kids were so bored at this daycare that they constantly got in trouble! The teachers arent warm they dont ever seem like they want to be there! I never see them really interacting with the kids unless they are telling them to stop doing something. They go through so many staff members its hard to tell who your childs teachers is! This is a good daycare if your kids can sit down and be quiet and color sonic the hedgehog printouts all day! My 5 year old was so sad everyone I picked him up and on a few occasions even told me about staff calling him names! He has been at a new daycare for a month now and he is so much happier and I never get called to come from work to get him for his behavior! This daycare will call you everyday to pick up your kid because they just rather not deal with it!
