I lost my 2.5 million dollar real estate deal due to their delay of work. It was very difficult communicating with them and waiting for the results. Their work took more than 8 months with 60 days study period.
Also, they just send bills without an agreement, very unprofessional.
I am taking all my business to somewhere else.
EDIT: the builder they were working with – and refused to help me in exchange for remaining loyal to that builder, got their license revoked.
