My child was supposed to start here right at the beginning of the pandemic. They were very flexible and worked with me to hold off on her going to school for four months until I had to go back to work.
Of course the first week or so was rough on my child since it was their first daycare experience, but they warmed up to the loving and caring staff quickly. My child loves their teacher and talks about them constantly at home. They even cry about leaving school sometimes now. We get constant updates on what our child is eating, when their diaper is changed or when they try the potty. We get many pictures of our child having a great day which helps us know they are happy. They come home with art work all the time and they love to display it and show mom and dad what they did that day in school. We also, use cloth diapers, and were having a difficult time find a place that would do them, but Karla was totally fine with it as long as we do a few very reasonable things for sanitation reasons. We are happy with our decision to send our child to Serendipity!

5 stars and beyond. They have big playgrounds like 3 of them, and car track. We also like the pirates ship activities in the summer where children could have “rain shower”. Indoor they have aquarium that my baby liked to say Hi to the fish when entering. In the rainy day, they have indoor projection like a mini disco, and a big kitchen/ cafeteria. I can feel how Karla takes care of the business like a big family. The Teachers there are really nice and take a good care of my baby. The surrounding neighborhoods look peaceful.
There are many learning activities that my baby developed a lot. I also like the daily constant reports and photos. Then even in Holidays like Halloween car trunk, parade, Xmas ornaments, Valentine’s gift exchange, ect. And week theme clothes. I love all of these.
We are looking forward to being back there soon.
