it was fine. as a student, the place was just normal school. some things were fun, the homeowork wasnt too hard. would maybe recommend. the marshmallow salad, however, is TO DIE FOR. we had this one day in 5th grade where we had pierogis, chicken tenders, and marshmallow salad in the same day. that was goated. the outside/playground is pretty cool as well, and they made good use of the hill and everything, although the monkey bars were too low. we would always sharpen sticks on the blacktop then build stick forts, but it was kinda annoying when the younger kids would come out to recess before us and out fort would be knocked down. anyway, library is cool, gym is a little old, and sometimes you can hear the music through the gym walls. everyone was nice, and thinking back on it, i have good memories of this place. top tier nostalgia.
We love the school! Just moved to pittsburgh & very happy we found it for our girls, highly recommend SSA. ?
