I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. I told the person I scheduled with that I wanted someone that had been on the floor a while I was told that wasn’t a problem. Fast forward to my appointment, I arrived a little early and was told to fill out a form and that my stylist was with a client but SHE would be with me in a little bit, I said no problem and took my seat. I was told when I arrived I would be seeing a girl named Heather, shortly later I heard the girl at the front desk tell the helper to tell Heather that she had mixed up the clients. So I was unsure if I was getting Heather or not, I did not. I got Vin, he was nice I suppose but did not talk much. I told him what I wanted, my hair was long and naturally curly. The last time I had gotten a cut the girl made the front slightly longer than the back, I wanted him to make the bottom the same length and add some layers. He took me to shampoo my hair and took entirely to long and used his nails the whole time. When it got to the cut he sectioned my hair in only two sections and began. When he was finished my hair was ruined. It was down to my shoulder blades before I went in, when I left it was above my shoulders. I couldn’t tell how bad it was until today when I straightened my hair. There are clear holes in the bottom of the my hair where parts are shorter than the rest. The layering is horrible all blunt lines it is a disaster. I will not be going back and if I ever did I would make sure not to have Vin do my hair. Also he told me he had been in school for 8months, and an instructor checked my hair when he was done and tried to fix it but it was unfixable. I am so unhappy with the service I received and the lack of acknowledgement that they ruined my hair, they all kept telling me how cute it was. It is not.
I won a package from the school. I had a great experience with the hair coloring part. The instructor was very helpful and checked in often . I then received a basic pedicure , that was nice.

I was then given an appointment for a set of acrylic nails, (come to find out after that wasn’t part of the package) but it was scheduled right after my pedicure. I had to get up and walk out of the school after almost an hour of my nails being torn apart. I left with uneven, sharp, bleeding and painful nails. I immediately went to my normal nail lady to fix them.

I contacted the school, and had a conversation with the owners. Very nice people and was told to give them another try and finish my package of eyelash extensions. I also requested instructors to be present at my next appointment to ensure it was being done correctly.

Made my appointment with a specific person as told by the owners, and was given another person . I was not notified of this until I walked in for my appointment. I then layed for almost 2.5 hours and had not even one quarter of eyelashes done. I again get up and walked out after being notified it would be another hour or so.

Contacted the owners again to notify them, and this time was ignored.

Aware that these are students, instructors need to be checking on them and making sure there is no harm or pain being done to clients.
