To be honest, the school is decent.

– The one way stair ways help control hallway traffic, but it can cause you to be late.

– Every bathroom in the school smells like pee. If you want to use the bathroom, I suggest going to the one in the cafeteria, or the one in the science wing. The only 2 bathrooms that don’t have pee on the floor. Plus, all the soap dispensers are stolen by students (Including 1 of my friends, ??).

– The school lunch they serve is decent. It’s not bad, but it’s not all that. But the French Fries, that’s a whole other story. The French Fries here are great. People fight over French Fries sometimes, it’s really stupid.

– There are a lot of great teachers here (Ms. Rizzy, Mr. Bostic, Ms. Van Tassel), but there are also a lot of terrible teachers here. (Ms. Bedell, Mr. Williams).

– The staff are pretty cool and MOSTLY nice. Just don’t get on their bad side.

– The school is pretty run down. It’s suppose to be renovated in a year or two though.

– The electives here are great. You could take Art which is a fun class, despite having to pay $10 or $20 bucks (Depending in you’re grade level). There’s also Photography, Music, LCL/LCF (Samething), FACS, etc.

Sadly this school needs a lot of work. Although there are a handful of wonderful teachers many others should simply be replaced, in middle schools students not only need knowledge they also need patience and guidance. As an involve parent I try to communicate but my emails are barely answered. Thankfully my kid keeps me upgraded on everything otherwise I wouldn’t know anything. Kids fight all the time, kids bully other kids all the time, complains don’t matter. This was my second choice school, we decided on this one because mys on wanted to go with his friends but I regret it every single day.
