While looking for child care for our first baby we saw a lot of negative reviews for this Kindercare location. However, they recently had a change in management and I have had no complaints. Ever since we toured Kindercare in 2023 we have had a great experience! The directors know you and greet you by name in the morning and they have fostered a family environment where everyone is kind and the directors and teachers treat our son like their own.
Every morning I walk in with my kids, I am greeted with a good morning and a smile. They have taken the time to know me and my family, creating a warmer environment for everyone. They are consistent with giving me updates and letting me know what is going on with my kiddos. Everyone who works there has created an environment where my kids can grow and learn. I have been with Kindercare for 3 years now and will be for many more.
It was a huge relief to find KinderCare after a terrible experience with a previous daycare. My son has been enrolled for almost a year now and he loves being with his friends and all of the time outside. I’m so grateful for the app updates and photos, consistent communication from the director, and the caring teachers we have had in the infant and toddler rooms.
