Education and building is fine. However bullying and behaviour is a massive issue that is ignored by all staff members, even the safe guarding officer. Shocking that an “outstanding” school has a total tolerance policy on bullying. We’ve been to teachers after phones were taken by other students, headlocks , name calling, cornering etc happened and they just say ” write a report” . Turns out these reports aren’t even read as I had a member of staff ask me to get my son to wrtie a report that had already been written a week ago, she just had no idea because they’re never actually used or seen by anyone once written. The ” dealing” with bullying amounted in ” I’m not allowed to tell you what wer’re doing but we are doing something” …. A day later my child’s been bullied again by the same kids for ‘being a grass’ . Schools reaction to this ” I’m not allowed to tell you what we’re doing but we’re doing something”. Even a deputy head and safeguarding officer smirk in my face as I told her about the bullying incidents and that the school wasn’t doing anything effective to stop it.
Actually terrible. If you think you child may one day be bullied , don’t send them to Slough and Eton because it’ll turn that suspicion into a fact. Worse : the staff will ensure that their school is a breeding ground for bad behaviour and sustained bullying.
Best p.e. Facilities I’ve seen and biggest improvence in p.e. from those who struggle. Now we have a new teacher a p.e. teacher called Mr. Oxley he is the best teacher to work with
Thank you Mr. Oxley
One of the best secondary schools in slough. Evening classes take place for adults and there is the power league football facility which is also available for the public
in my opinion its a good school better than other schools teachers are very nice and helpful its a very good enviroment to be in aswell do go here
All teachers are great except for Mrs Cowley, she is not a good head of year and should be sacked
