Horrible customer service over the phone. I called on Tuesday at around 12:20 pm inquiring if they happen to have any open space for a kindergarten class. To begin, the lady who answered literally said: wait. I said okay
later, the lady who answer to say the least I couldnt even understand what she was telling me. It was horrible! Then, she started questioning me about what school my son is going, how old is he, and so on. At last, she told me my son needs to be in an elementary school. Once again, my son is in a public elementary but if my husband and I wish to enroll him in a Montessori environment than we have that option. I consider it very disrespectful the fact someone tells a parent what to do and not to do with their child. And to finalize it, this lady in which she never said her name hung up and didnt even say I will call you back. I mean, from the back sound, I was able to hear the kids screaming and crying. Horrible, horrible experience over the phone and not wishing to even visit if I had the time
As soon as I walked into Small world I knew it was for my three children. carlee, kylee and khloee mrs vayani staff are all true professionals who have a special affinity to every child they supervise. They have a very personal approach to each child, promoting their individual talents and encouraging everyone to take part and be friends. There is superior care and great attention to detail with every child, guiding them through pre-school in a fun way and they truly offer a wonderful learning experience. Mrs Vayani always give over 100% and I feel my children have been given a great foundation for “big school”
This school is a great school. I think is the best school in the north Miami area. Even though I live far I still bring her to the school because she learns a lot and the teachers are doing a great job. I’m very happy for my daughter because she has a great attitude. I think the school is worth the money because of how much she learns . So I recommend small world Montessori school to anyone who’s
looking for a school for their children to attend. Thank you to Mrs Vayani and all the staff and teachers for giving my daughter
