I just want to share that I am extremely disappointed with the swimming instructor, Autumn, who exhibited a complete lack of care and professionalism during my daughter’s swimming lesson. Her attitude towards her job was nothing short of indifferent, and it was evident that she had no interest in actively instructing or engaging with my daughter.

Throughout the lessons, Autumn preferred to simply observe from a distance rather than proactively correcting and guiding her. This passive approach proved to be extremely dangerous. Despite my daughter struggling and appearing to struggle, Autumn reacted in an alarmingly slow manner, displaying an apathetic and uncaring attitude.

As a concerned parent, I expected the swimming instructor to provide a safe learning environment and actively engage to teach proper swimming techniques. However, Autumn failed spectacularly in meeting these expectations. Her lackadaisical attitude and neglectful behavior are completely unacceptable.

In conclusion, my personal experience with swimming instructor Autumn was an absolute disappointment. Her don’t-care attitude, passive observation, and delayed reaction are unacceptable.

I joined South Bay Aquatics a little over 2 months ago. They’ve always been so helpful with the schedules and easy to deal with payments and missed days. Today Kevin went above and beyond to assist me with a scheduling issue. Kevin was friendly, understanding and took the time to help me with scheduling. I’ve always seen Kevin he is always so nice and has amazing customer service skills. Everyone gets busy but at South Bay Aquatics they always have plenty customer service ready reps ready to help. Highly recommend this place. Since my daughter started, she’s had maybe two instructors yet she’s been flowing through the lessons. She’s learned how to float how to swim how to jump in. She’s doing amazing their coaches always keep up-to-date with the notes that they pass on in each lesson.
