My 8yr old daughter has been at Southport State since year 1 and really likes the school. My daughter struggles in certain school subjects but gets special attention in classes with a couple of other children. She’s now doing well and most teachers are very helpful
My son struggled with school life until he went to Southport State School. He loves the teachers and has made a lot of friends with the students. He always comes home from school and tells me what a wonderful day he’s had. Highly recommended this school. 10/10
Southport state school is amazing.
My daughter has had a great struggle adjusting to school life.. Every day is almost always a new challenge..
But i must say southport state school has & still is going above & beyond for my little girl & i am absolutely amazed & am also so very blessed for the patience, time, love & devotion they continue to give to my child.
One amazing school..
I would highly suggest this place to anybody for their child if they are considering going here..
My two children attended this school for 3 years and loved it. My daughter still talks about her time here and the wonderful friendships she made. Great teachers, principal and deputy principal and administration staff. Always made to feel welcome. Plenty of activities to keep the children engaged. Very fond memories
Not the best school but still alright, not all but most of the junior school teachers will not do anything if the kids tell them something happened, the kids here are extremely rude and obnoxious and act like they own the school a argue with adults. Education and Physical Education is great though.
