My daughter has attended Spring Street for the last two years and we have been so happy with her experience at the school! She is incredibly happy, loves school, has close friendships, and learns so much. It is a play-based school that fosters creativity and curiosity. The teachers are attentive and responsive to each individual students needs. The curriculum is guided by student interests. All children create journal stories by making drawings and then telling the story to a teacher who writes it down. They then read the stories out loud to the class and the children act out each others stories. I am a K-5 instructional coach and very much appreciate the social and academic skills our daughter has developed at Spring Street. She is well-prepared for Kindergarten.
Spring Street Preschool is a gem! All three of my kids spent their preschool years here, and had wonderful experiences. The teachers deeply understood my children’s individual needs, and created an environment that fostered their academic, social, and emotional development.
