The school has a very lax attitude toward safety, supervision, and enforcing rules.
Safety locks on doors were frequently not working, and remained so for weeks.
Kids in younger grades were frequently given movies to watch that had nothing to do with classroom material (almost daily toward the end of school). With the lights out, one teacher would “supervise” at the back of the room while grading papers. Really horrible stuff I can’t even put on-line occurred during these times. When brought to the attention of administration, little to nothing was done.
The Eagle’s Nest (after-care) program was frequently full-on chaos. Too few people supervising a large number of kids, the person in charge was always yelling to get kids to behave, which was hopeless, and they had NO IDEA what some of the kids were doing.
Older kids frequently had electronics that, per the rules, they were not suppose to have…not to mention the “mature” content they were viewing.
