Horrible experience. Don’t waste your money here. This is not a ranked private school with little to no real recognition. They is no real athletic program as there is no gym. Emphasis is placed on extracurricular like music and drama, rather than core area subjects, such as math and science. Very few teachers or administrative heads for that matter are qualified beyond a bachelors degree. Furthermore, the administration relies heavily on the input of an elite founding class of parents aka donors, more so than other parents. Some administrators seem to walk around with their heads in the clouds. the administration relies heavily on the input of an elite funding class of parents aka donors, more so than other parents. The school is very disorganized and does not live up to its mission. Very disappointing. We are headed to another school next year because we can’t take it anymore at St. Benedict’s .
We used to live in the Vinings area very close to this private school and we loved sending our child there (Pre-School year and Pre-K year). The staff is very nurturing and since it is a small school, your child will get a lot of personal attention. They took care of the staff well and we knew everyone. Small class sizes, teachers who were invested in their kids and a great support staff.
