I love this school for so many reasons. I came from a public and an online public school. While I was at the public school we had big classrooms that had lots of people. There is nothing wrong with this except for the fact that it sometimes means that students can’t get the education they need because they have to wait for the rest of the class to catch up. At online public school you can get the help you need individually but you miss the community. That us why I like sccs you have smaller classes so you can get the help you need but you also have the community of friends and teachers. While i am speaking of the teachers I want to try to accurately describe the relationship that a student can have with a teacher at this school. The bible teacher here is very caring he doesn’t just want to teach students bible verses and how to memorize them. He cares about the students lives. Several times a week I can usally find myself talking with him about the bible and how it applies to our life. That is just one example of countless times he and other teachers have poured outtheir time and energy into the students lives here. I would recommend this school if you feel that is God’s plan for your life.

We transferred here from a private Christian school in the Washington DC area and have been very pleased at the quality and knowledge of the staff. Our kids feel challenged academically and spiritually. The school is focusing on actively reaching out to the local community through a program that has most grades reaching out monthly and one day a year, the entire school stops what they are doing and spends the entire day serving the local community, from Nursing Homes to Place of Hope to our Local Law Enforcement and Fire Fighters. We believe that this is the heart of Judeo Christianity. Serving others as Christ served. We appreciate the support and encouragement and accountability our kids are given on a daily basis.

Sending our child to this school was one of the best decisions we have ever made !! SCCS has been an incredible blessing to our child and to us as a family , we couldn’t be happier that we were lead to this wonderful place full of such amazing people , this school truly is a wonderful school for your child to be a part of … The atmosphere in the school is so full of love and kindness and polite children and caring staff it is amazing the feeling you get when you are there knowing this is what your child is surrounded by and filled with during the school day !! Very highly recommend SCCS
