Communication seems to be a one-way street. While the school is quick to flood our inboxes with numerous emails, reaching them when needed can be frustratingly difficult. Often, we’ve found contact information in these communications to be outdated or incorrect.
More concerning is the school atmosphere. We’ve witnessed instances of disrespectful behavior from students towards both parents and peers, which appears to go unchecked. This raises questions about the values being instilled and the overall learning environment.
The administrative side also leaves much to be desired. Technical glitches are frequent, and based on reviews from former staff on seek.com.au, there seem to be fundamental issues with curriculum management and implementation.
Our initial excitement about enrolling our child here has given way to serious doubts. We’re left wondering if the school can deliver the quality education and supportive environment we were promised and are paying for.
1. Data privacy breaches: Our personal information has been leaked.
2. Technical issues: Their systems often fail, despite bombarding us with countless emails.
3. Poor communication: Contact details on official emails are frequently incorrect, making it difficult to reach the school.
4. Toxic environment: The school seems to foster a culture where bullying is tolerated, even allowing students to make derogatory comments to parents and peers.
5. Inadequate management: After reading reviews on seek.com.au, it’s clear that many former teachers believe the school struggles with basic curriculum management.
The school appears eager to send emails but is unreceptive when communication flows the other way. Given our first-hand experiences and observations, we seriously question our decision to enroll our child here. The stark contrast between the school’s high costs and subpar performance is deeply troubling.
