I have been an educator for over fives years in the public school system. As a demoralized teacher, I left the system for an opportunity to join the St. Luke’s family in an interim position. My spirit has been rejuvenated by the students’ drive to learn and be successful and the welcoming faculty. I love the atmosphere that encourages teaching for the art of teaching and not teaching a test and for students being held accountable and not simply passed through the system. St. Luke’s encourages and teachers more than subject matter, like simple manners and ways to show appreciation to others. I have fallen in love so much with both campuses and their programs that I have enrolled my own daughter into their kindergarten program. I am super excited about joining the St. Luke’s family as a parent.
