This review is based on the last 3 years of our time at St Luke’s Grammar. Our daughter is currently in year 9. Initial experiences can be frightening especially when you step on to uncharted territory, and to an environment with previously established friendship groups. Within 20 minutes of our arrival my child was embraced by other St Luke’s peers making her feel welcomed and setting foundation for an amazing start to her time at the school. If your child has an appetite for learning and keen to explore co-curricular, possibilities are endless and support second to none. Our year coordinator is phenomenal and so are the teachers, pastoral care and leadership team all of whom work tirelessly. The framework of inquiry rather than spoon feeding students is prominent. Kids are encouraged to learn multiple ways, problem solve, collaborate, research and question. ‘The School’ cares, lives their values and this is reflected in any interaction we have had so far. Being a well-rounded human is cultivated and celebrated. Huge thanks to all teaching and non teaching staff at the school.
Of all the schools we’ve toured and interviewed with. St Luke’s is in our Top 2. Wonderful staff, outstanding facilities and an incredibly diverse set of opportunities for students to thrive. There is also a real sense of community. Well done Team St Luke’s!
Taught boys to rank girls. That’s absolutely disgusting, women are not here to serve men
Can only talk from talking to our grand daughters who attend St Lukes Dee Why Campus but we believe that this school is exceptional in the way it structures the learning experiences for the students. Both our grand daughters absolutely love going to school every day and it would shatter them if they were to leave. Could not isolate any of the teachers as being the best as all of them are caring and proactive in their handling of their students needs. Would suggest any negative views would be the writers problems, not the school.
Made to rank women based on virginity, looks and Christian values
