What an amazing community! St Luke’s has been such a blessing to our lives with great education offering extended learning and extra support when needed. Art, music, sport, digital technologies, and Indonesian are some of the inclusions in weekly learning as well as many options for lunchtime clubs like games or gardening that the children can choose to participate in. The SAKG Cooking Classes are always fun and parents are encouraged to join in and help. All the staff are lovely and communication with class teachers is easy with multiple platforms available. St Luke’s offers so much to help your children grow in faith, knowledge, leadership and kindness.
Our daughter transferred here at the start of term 2 2020 just before the lockdown. The staff and Principle Kathryn Murphy made the transition smooth and stress free. Our daughter has settled in seamlessly and we haven’t looked back. Even through lockdown, the support from the teachers and Monique who runs the admin side of things was fantastic. The school has a unique feeling of togetherness that her previous school lacked completely. Kids are supported and genuinely cared for by the teachers and it’s clear they love their jobs. The new Principle Kathryn Murphy is fantastic and it’s apparent she’s out to build on what’s already a fantastic reputation. I can only see this school getting better and better.
My children’s second home! Fabulous principal, caring and supporting teachers and education support staff and a special mention to our dear Mrs Plimmer, who manages the school brilliantly.
My little ones feel loved and supported in their learning and they are proud to be part of such a fantastic and loving community.
We transferred our kids to St Luke’s in 2015 and haven’t looked back! Staff have always been supportive and provided a nurturing environment for our children who have absolutely blossomed under their care. The general vibe that we’ve experienced from the students, the teaching and supportive staff, the Parents and Friends committee and all the other families at school has been one of faith, love and support. I will continue to recommend that prospective parents come down and experience the difference that is St Luke’s!
I have been at this school for the past 11 years. Absolutely love it. The teachers are all amazing. The new principle Kathryn Murphy has settled in her new role fantastically. I have nothing but great experiences. I will be very sad to leave at the end of our final year.
